Dear PROMS contributor,

Congratulations! We are pleased to remind you that the abstract of your paper was accepted. If you intend that your paper should be included on the CD of PROMS papers then please compile your full paper and submit it to us by 1 June 2006.

The following are guidelines for the preparation of your full paper:

1) You should prepare your manuscript in ENGLISH with FONT-Size in Times New Roman 12-point.

2) Please follow the format specified in Chapter 5 of the 5th Edition of the Style Manual of American Psychological Association.

3) Please place figures and tables inside the text at the appropriate points.

4) Please save your file in MS WORD (97 or later versions).

5) Please save your file using your initials and the first 5 characters of your surname (e.g. 'tgbond.doc' for 'Trevor Graham Bond'; or 'mwforr.doc' for 'Mary Winnie Forrester') (For a second paper use ‘tgbond2.doc’ or ‘mwforr2.doc’)

5) Please submit your full paper as an attachment to email address: promshk@promshk.org
